Seems like such old school news now. I suppose it has been 10 weeks now. 2-1/2 months, crazy! My entire world has revolved since then. It’s such a big change to have a baby, add another little one to the mix, get back to nursing 24/7, waking up all night long, and recovery, let’s not even revisit that one! But amidst all of this we decided to push the envelope and we bought a house, eek!
It’s true. Jordo and I are now proud home owners. Seriously? Rock on lobster! The second day of little baby E’s life I remember sitting in the hospital, still hardly able to move, and Jordo had to go run errands, have papers signed and scanned and faxed, taking care of the “bizness” of buying a house. We didn’t find out for sure that we got the house until a few weeks later, but still, it felt wild!
But so to update you on what we’ve been up to, we had a baby. A healthy and strong little sunshine girl. And she is a sweetheart. She just started smiling, but that’s another story.
Labor and Delivery was a whirlwind. Seriously. I will post my birth story next, but this post is mostly for the pictures of that time. That crazy sunshine of a time. Megs was my Doula so she and Jordan were both there for the delivery and I wouldn’t have had it any other way! It was as perfect a delivery as I could imagine. It hurt like crazy but it was incredible.
