But here's the thing with something so fun and new like a home, it can't be blogged about in just one post. So here we go. A few days of pictures and you will be sick of us and our new house. Luckily, we are not sick of us, and I suppose that's what really matters!
So this first set of pictures is from when we were house hunting. So this was the first day we looked at the house, before any of the craziness really began... and while I was still 7 months pregnant or something, yikes!
The Green House... at least that's what we called it when we were hunting...
Not only is the outside green but when we bought it the entire downstairs was green, almost at least.
It has a fantastic open floorplan everywhere, very spacious and comfortable.
LOVE love lOvE this kitchen! So amazing... we've done a few things to it but still, the size and layout is just awesome, we are loving it so far!
Fireplace, nice... it's gas which I didn't hink I wanted necessarily, but I LOVE that a nice cozy fire is lterally a simple switch away, so very cool.

At the top of the steps it opens into a loft/bonus family room. We use this room as a kids family room or toy room, it's been great to not have to squish all the toys into M's bedroom. SO very nice!
Ah yes, the master bedroom. Pink. Need I say more? We got to be good friends with a paint roller before too long. What husband let his wife paint the bedroom pink? Seriously!? :)
And our small but humble and perfect back yard. My only requirements were that our yard could fit a garden and 4 fruit trees and still have room to play. And it's perfect, we need to fence it and get the grass growing correctly again, yikes! But it should be fun next summer!
And there you have it, a quick basic run down of the green house. We love it, we are so very happy to be where we are and we truly have had a blessed year.

We have been in our home since May and I haven't gotten around to posting pics yet. I really need to.
Congrats to you guys! So many fun changes have come your way! Aren't fire places fun? We are loving ours.
